About Us

My name is Nadia Janse van Rensburg, and I hail from Bellville, Cape Town. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to travel to many countries, enriching my culinary journey.

I am a Cordon Bleu qualified Chef, having studied at Silwood Kitchen for three years and earning my Grande Diploma in 2000. It was during this comprehensive course that my passion for baking and decorating blossomed, leading to numerous accolades.

In 2013, I sought a creative outlet, which led me to begin crafting iced biscuits, cakes, and cupcakes on the side. This hobby flourished into a full-time business by 2020, initially with the support of my family and now with a dedicated team, including a full-time baker and a skilled decorator.

I relish the creativity this business allows, and of course, the “chef’s portion” during baking, which we affectionately call “Quality Control.” I look forward to helping you create memorable occasions through our treats.
